Offer validity
Offers only apply to customers having a delivery adress in countries where Audiozen can ensure delivery with a transportation company. The products presented on the site are valid regarding the stock availability. In case of debit or receipt for the order of an unavailable item, Audiozen will reimburse the Customer within 30 days. Audiozen undertakes to notify by e-mail any customer who would haveplaced an order for an unavailable item.
Product description
The products offered for sale are described and presented with the greatest possible accuracy. However, if errors or omissions may have occurred regarding this presentation, the responsibility of Audiozen could not be engaged.
Prices
The prices presented on the site or the online shop are subject to modification, the price corresponding to a pre-sale being different from the price which will be practiced during the direct sale of the product. They are guaranteed subject to typographical error or printing. These prices are exclusive of the flat rate charge for postage and packing, which is the responsibility of the customer, except in the case of a temporary or permanent promotional offer. Prices can be changed at any time, without notice and especially in case of change of tax or economic data. Items will be billed based on the rates in effect at the time of registration of the order.
Payment terms
Products or services must be paid in Euros (€). Bank charges incurred by the payment, whatever the modalities, will be charged to the Customer. The goods delivered remain the property of Audiozen until the receipt of payment. The risk transfert takes place as soon as the goods are delivered.
Billing
The invoice is sent to the e-mail address indicated during the order. It is established according to the tariff in force on the day of the passage of the order.
Delivery / Transportation
All items available in stock are dispatched within 1 to 4 business days. All these times are given as an indication. Exceeding these deadlines may in no case be held against Audiozen, nor may result in termination of the contract or any compensation for damages. Audiozen is sole responsible for the choice of the mode of transportation. The risks of transport are the responsibility of the Customer from the exit of the warehouse. The customer must check the condition of the packaging and the conformity of the delivered items and report immediately to Audiozen any abnormality if any. Any reservations must be made on the delivery note presented by the carrier and must be sent within 48 hours by e-mail to: contact@morphee.co If the country of delivery is not part of the European Union, customs duties will be borne by the recipient. Audiozen has no control over these charges which are the sole responsibility of the Customer
Right to withdraw
The Customer has a period of 7 days from the date of delivery, to exercise the right of withdrawal of his order. The postmark or the date of the receipt is the date at which this period starts. Only returns in the conditions of the original packaging, with accessories and other notices, will be supported by Audiozen. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the Customer, unless Audiozen has delivered a product that turns out to be damaged or different from the item ordered. It is advised to return your parcels in “colissimo followed with signature”, it will be up to you to prove the reception of the parcel in the event of litigation. All returns must be reported in advance to Audiozen Customer Service at contact@morphee.co The refund is made within a maximum period of 30 working days from the receipt of the returned merchandise, by crediting back the credit card used for purchase and after checking the condition of the item and its packaging.
Warranty
The Products, benefit from the legal guarantee against any defect of material or manufacturing, under normal conditions of use during a period of 2 years. Any return of the product under the aforementioned warranty must be subject to prior approval by Audiozen. For this purpose, the Customer will contact the Audiozen after-sales service by sending an email to contact@morphee.co Audiozen then agrees to send, at its expense, a new product in good condition. The defective product must be returned in its original packaging, including the entire product and its accessories. Any product that is incomplete, damaged, and / or whose original packaging has been damaged, will not be returned or exchanged under the warranty. The pictures presenting our products are only indicative. These photos, as well as the texts illustrating the products, do not enter the contractual field.
Obligations
In the case of acceptance of an order, Audiozen undertakes to sell and deliver to the Customer the products ordered by the latter in the manner specified above. Audiozen undertakes to verify that the products comply with French regulations. The Customer agrees to indicate to Audiozen an address to which the delivery can be made. The information of personal information (name, address, telephone, address of the electronic mail …) collected for the purpose of the conclusion of the contract of sale is obligatory. This information is essential for the processing and delivery of orders and the preparation of invoices. The lack of information leads to the non-validation of the order. In case of error in providing this information, Audiozen can not be held responsible for the impossibility of delivering the product. In this case, the customer remains responsible for the payment. In case of supply of an incomplete address causing the impossibility of delivery by the transport provider, the Customer will have to pay the delivery costs corresponding to the return of his order.
Various arrangement
The invalidity of one of the clauses of the present general conditions of sale or the particular conditions will not affect the application or the validity of the other clauses of the general conditions of sale. This clause will then be replaced by the closest possible clause. Neither Audiozen nor the Customer can be held responsible in case of contractual non-performance resulting from a case of force majeure including and without limitation. Applicable laws and Jurisdiction
The commercial courts of PARIS are only competent in case of litigation or different concerning them. These general conditions of sale are governed exclusively by French law.
